World Book Week 2023

Staff and students alike had a great time celebrating World Book Week 2023! The students engaged with their booklets and did their best to complete them to get all the available house points at the end of the week. 🤩📚📖 Many members of staff were caught reading, 'books and brews' went down a treat with our year 10 students, and many books and bakes were sold in the library for charity. Reading tutor groups enjoyed breakfast in the library, and nominated students from KS3 spent some of World Book Day itself in the library with Miss. Carter, getting lost in their reading and taking part in World Book Day activities. Miss. Taylor even had a go at creating a protagonist! Students enjoyed crafts and hunting for 'star books' in the library at break times too.
